1. DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION
- Spare Parts Coordinator for Saudi Aramco project
- Aramco experience is required
- Actively support the local SCM strategy and plans and contribute towards ongoing improvements to support the global SCM aims and to contribute to a highly efficient,
- cost driven Supply Chain function.
- All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within company and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.
- All personnel are expected to provide leadership in code of ethics and compliance with the Bribery and Corruption Acts.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile the Spare Part Data Package (SPDP) according to project requirements and SAEP-31.
- Act as an expeditor for both pre-order and post-order activities of the project.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely delivery of the packages.
- Support buyers in expediting their packages.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor expediting reports for the project.
3. CAPABILITY PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Graduate with strong written and oral communication skills and is a team player
- Well-versed with SAEP-31 requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to mobilize and travel to Saudi Arabia if and as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in spare parts coordination for Aramco projects in the past.
- Experience in handling post-order activities in EPC/Aramco projects.
- Is not required to solve technical issues (role of the Technical Owner) but shall be able to understand technical discussions and to measure potential associated commercial
- or schedule impacts.
- Is “cost saving” oriented, and capable of challenging requests.
- Have a good knowledge of the oil and gas industry and its specificities and of complex items.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
