THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for
overseeing and performing operational tasks efficiently and safely at rig sites
and workshops. The role supports well intervention services, ensuring flawless
execution, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and coordination
between technical, operations, and workshop teams. The position emphasizes
safety, quality, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional service to
clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate
with Account and Operations Managers to plan and develop technical proposals,
including simulations, analyses, and tool requests.

Ensure
timely planning and delivery of tools/services with the workshop and logistics
teams.
·
Conduct
risk analyses (e.g., HARC, JSA) before tasks and identify/address potential
safety hazards.
·
Lead
and execute well intervention and fishing services, ensuring equipment
compatibility and operational efficiency at the wellsite.
·
Provide
frontline support to clients and troubleshoot critical issues during
operations.
·
Maintain
high standards of documentation, ensuring client and regulatory requirements
are met promptly.
·
Support
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
·
Monitor
and report key performance metrics related to service quality, safety, and
operational efficiency.
·
Collaborate
on incident reports and develop lessons learned and best practices.
·
Ensure
compliance with all HS&E, quality, and IT standards.
·
Plan
and manage Field Specialists' schedules, including hitch rotations and travel
approvals.
·
Mentor
and provide guidance to junior team members to enhance their technical skills
and operational readiness.
·
Conduct
job risk analyses, briefings, and debriefings with Field Specialists.
·
Provide
inventory forecasts and participate in supply chain meetings as required.
·
Coordinate
tool redress and workshop operations to maintain readiness and performance.
·
Ensure
all reports, including time sheets, service quality incidents, and job
rejections, are completed accurately and on time.
·
Notify
relevant stakeholders of service quality incidents affecting revenue promptly.
·
Stay
updated on and proficient with oilfield operational software and digital tools
for planning and reporting.
·
Lead
or participate in continuous improvement projects to introduce innovative
practices.
·
Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
·
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fishing
and General Interventions, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or
coordination role.
·
Knowledge of field operations involving
Drilling and Workover rigs and Snubbing Units.
